Our Services
We can get involved from the earliest stage right through to completion. Clients are able to choose a complete service or individual tasks. We tend to work on a fixed price basis wherever possible but we can work on a hourly rate at times where clients want specific advice or consultancy or where the tasks are not definable for a fixed price.
Contract Administration
Controlling the work undertaken by one builder. We act as an insurance policy checking that the project is being delivered as specified and within any given time and cost constraints. We act as oil between you and the builder smoothing the process. We check that information is passed on in good time, that applications for payment are reasonable and variations are properly dealt with.
Project Management
Breaking the project down into trade packages and then tendering these on a trade by trade basis. Controlling the individual tradesmen to get them to site in the right order and with the right information. Checking the individual invoices and telling you what you are ok to pay. Keeping track of all the project constraints such as time, cost and quality.

Cost Control
We can produce budgets to set an initial framework for the project and then refine these during the design and the tender process. As the work moves on to site we can track expenditure producing cash flow forecasts and estimate of final account.

We offer selection plans which determine the best technology for your given scheme; tender services - which tenders the requirement to potential installers and suppliers; on site installation oversight; commissioning checking; Estate Management plans. Disaster Recovery
Where projects are not going according to plan we will come and conduct an audit; suggest remedial measures and then proceed to oversee those measures if appropriate.
Planned Maintenance/Property Management
We can draw up a schedule of work to match on-going renovation or up-keep requirements and work this within a cost plan. We will then organise the work liaising with any tenants, authorities or agents as required.
