Charlie Laing Project Management (CLPM) offers comprehensive project management services to architects, developers, institutions and house owners from its offices in Oxford, Nottingham and London.

The extent of services required are always agreed through dialogue with the client and vary from building to building but include: preparation of tender documents and project cost plans; selection of contractors and/or tradesmen; cost control; project programming; cost, quality and time control of operations on site.

CLPM has experience in new build, conversions, renovation and refurbishment work on domestic and commercial projects including listed buildings; new houses; offices; workshops and flats.

CLPM does not offer a design service but is happy to source design elements for clients if required. CLPM is used to working alongside designers to translate their designs into real structures.

In addition to finding the right contractor for a client CLPM is happy to source materials and has worked on projects with eco or sustainable elements such as solar panels; ground source heat pumps; underfloor heating, natural insulation; lime plasters and breathable paints.

CLPM usually works on a fixed fee basis although other options can be discussed if preferred.
