Contract Administration

In the role of contract administrator, we are engaged by the employer to act as an agent to ensure that works are completed economically, efficiently, and in line with the project documentation. This involves closely monitoring the contract performance to ensure compliance and fulfilment of the contract conditions. Each contract is different and we tailor our services dependant on the particular requirement.

Sustainability Consultancy

Working as an extension of your resource team, we provide well informed, unbiased, site-specific advice on all aspects of sustainability on traditional or modern building systems, including energy management and renewables. We aren’t aligned to any technology or installation business and have extensive experience of renewable and energy efficiency measures and keep as up-to-date as possible.

Cost Control

We produce budgets, run tender processes, control costs on site, produce cost reports and settle final accounts.

Design Management

We establish parameters for the design process: time, cost, performance and work with the design team to get them to deliver against these constraints. We check the material being produced for consistency and robustness prior to releasing it for tender.
